Looked like a juvenile Greater Pewee, but he was not supposed to be there. So I stay wit Genus Myiarchus. I did not see the front. Bulky brown crest I remember. Only two similar shots.Have your pick.

Coyotes are afraid of humans. This guy is well fed by the left overs in backyards or trash cans or bags. When hungry they look for your pets. In a pack they are capable to hunt for humans, and they have. Sorry. This was a very good looking and healthy animal.
